Patrick is an experienced host and speaker, running regular cheese talks and tastings for the public and corporate clients. He has hosted events for clients including Eurostar, the British Library, The Edinburgh Science Festival, The Big Feastival, The Restaurant Show, The Wines & Spirits Education Trust, Comté UK, Peter’s Yard and the World Cheese Awards, among others.
Cheese and drinks matching is a particular specialism. Patrick has hosted numerous tastings at food festivals, pubs and restaurants extolling the beautiful harmony between cheese and everything from wine, beer and cider to sherry, sake and Port.
